Minimum conditions
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
The balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Full board compulsory : 23,000 XPF excl. tax/193 € excl. tax per person/day
Booking conditions and payment
Minimum age : The hotel welcomes children aged 10 and over only. Children under 12 are not allowed in the stilt bungalows. We take these measures for safety reasons. Children under the age of 18 may not stay without the presence of an adult and/or legal guardian.
People with reduced mobility are unfortunately unable to stay with us, as we do not have the facilities to accommodate them.
A deposit for the total amount of accommodation is required at the time of booking
CANCELLATION FEES
Up to 61 days before the arrival date: 3% charge on the security deposit + 10,000 CPF (excl. VAT) handling fee.
60 to 41 days before the arrival date: 100% deposit retained (i.e. 50% of the total cost of the accommodation)
40 to 15 days before arrival: 1 additional night + 50% of the remaining stay + 70% of the total amount of the pre-order of beverages, wines and spirits.
14 days or less before arrival (including no show, amendment or early departure) :
100% of the total cost of accommodation + 100% of the total cost of drinks, wines and spirits pre-ordered
