Please note : For a single Villa Suite accommodation: Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served on the motu Vahine Island, a 5-minute walk away.
Booking conditions and payment
Minimum age : The hotel welcomes children aged 10 and over only. Children under 12 are not allowed in the stilt bungalows. We take these measures for safety reasons. Children under the age of 18 may not stay without the presence of an adult and/or legal guardian.
People with reduced mobility are unfortunately unable to stay with us, as we do not have the facilities to accommodate them.
A deposit for the total amount of accommodation is required at the time of booking
CANCELLATION FEES
Up to 61 days before the arrival date: 3% charge on the security deposit + 3,000 CPF (excl. VAT) handling fee.
Between 60 and 41 days before arrival date: deposit equivalent to 2 nights retained at 100%.
Between 40 and 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the cost of the remaining stay.
14 days or less before arrival (including early departure and modification) : Deposit retained at 100% of the total cost of accommodation.
